There are two things that might go wrong when creating and updating your author profile on the Arc publishing platform.
1) Choosing your username
Make your username the first letter of your first name + your last name. i.e. Graham Clark becomes gclark
The most important thing is that your username does not contain any punctuation. Your username is used to generate the URL of your author page, where the public can view all stories that you’ve written. Any punctuation in your username will break this URL, so for all that is holy please do not use your email address as your username.
2) Uploading a Photo
If you have uploaded a photo but it is not showing up, try clicking on the box where your photo preview should appear.
